Yes! Just select how many pets you would like featured on your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPLOAD A PHOTO FOR EACH PET YOU WOULD LIKE FEATURED.
Print Our Pet is honored and humbled to be able to create portraits in honor of passed pets. We work with customers to find the perfect photo out of the choices you have. Please contact us if you have any further questions here.
Absolutely! We have worked on dozens of orders for unique pets around the world. We work on all pets from a sloth to a dog!

Absolutely! As long as your order is found on our premium items list, we'll send you a mockup before we send things into production! Please be sure that the photo that you submit meets our guidelines as much as possible. If you have any questions on what those are, please review Image Guidelines here.
Due to the custom nature of our product, we begin work on each order promptly after they are placed. To cancel an order, you must contact us here within 24 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion. After 24 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.
If you're not 100% happy with the final product, contact us here and we will help to make it right.
We also offer to do it over with a new photo from you for a $10 redraft fee. Either way, contact us and we can make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns. You can see more about that in Section 4 of our Terms of Service.
Yes! If there are other people in the photo you provide, we will crop them out. Please note that if your dog is wearing a collar, leash, bandana or hat, they will also be in the portrait. Please choose a photo of your best friend in the same position that you want them to be in on the finished portrait.
Please review our Image Guidelines to answer any questions concerning the quality of an uploaded photo that we look for!
Yes, we are unable to print pet names that contain popular or trademarked brand names. Examples would be a pet named "Chanel" or "Superman." In these cases, we will not be able to print the pet NAME, but can still create a poster featuring your pet's illustration only (without a name on the poster).
