You will receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days after your purchase.
For all orders, it generally takes 2-6 business days for our artists to design your custom portrait and for us to send you your mockup. Once designed and shipped, you can expect delivery in within 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
Delivery time estimates (once shipped) are shown below:
USA: 4-6 business days
CANADA: 8-10 business days
UK: 4-6 business days
AUSTRALIA: 10-12 business days
Important to Note:
• We offer a 'FIRST IN LINE' option on most items in our store. This options speeds up your physical artwork creation, as we move your artwork to the front of the physical production queue. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo please understand that this will lengthen the production time.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. In the event that you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
