After you place your order, you submit your pet's photo through a simple form on our site. Our artists illustrate your pet by hand and print it on a 15oz white ceramic mug. Every mug is unique to your pet. You can request a proof before we print and we offer free revisions.
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. We ship from Dallas, Texas.
Your happiness is guaranteed. You can request a digital proof before we print anything. If something is not right, we will revise it until it is. We have never left a customer with a portrait they did not love.
